GInfra has proven expertise in the design and construction supervision of structural and civil works for a wide scope of building and infrastructure development projects. We also work with our partners to deliver projects under EPC and PPP models. State of the art structural and civil engineering design software is utilised. All drawings including reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules are computer generated.
Structural solutions include seismic, dynamic, and blast-resistant designs where appropriate.
All civil drawings including grading plans, storm/sanitary drainage profiles, and construction setting out data are computer generated. Civil solutions include terrain surface modelling, hydraulic analysis of urban drainage, building information modelling (BIM), and watershed modelling.
We are involved in carrying out prefeasibility and feasibility studies, FEED (front end engineering design), detailed design, tender documentation, construction supervision, assistance during defects liability period, as well as staff training. Other services include condition assessment audits and NDT testing.
